Architect / Architectural Technologist
2112 is partnering with a leading architecture studio to find a technically strong Architect or Architectural Technologist with Revit expertise to deliver residential developments (15–250 units).

This role is ideal for someone confident at RIBA Stages 4 & 5, experienced in multi-unit housing, and able to coordinate with Building Control and contractors to see projects through to completion.

The opportunity offers:
  1. Mainly remote working, with occasional site/office visits (London/Kent)
  2. Autonomy and ownership at the delivery stages
  3. A supportive team and a pipeline of meaningful residential projects
  4. Salary up to £50,000 (DOE)

We’re looking for:
  1. Qualified Architect (ARB) OR experienced Architectural Technologist
  2. Strong Revit skills (technical delivery)
  3. Experience with multi-unit residential schemes
  4. Confidence in delivering projects on site & liaising with Building Control

The Role

As an Architect, you will: 

  1. Assist on full life-cycle architectural projects, from concept through construction.
  2. Drive creative solutions for complex, high-end Residential projects.
  3. Collaborate with a skilled, friendly team of architects, heritage consultants, and designers.
  4. Generate innovative design solutions within project parameters.
  5. Translate design concepts into compelling images and documents.
  6. Develop detailed construction documents and support contract administration.
  7. Coordinate with consultants across disciplines to deliver cohesive solutions.
  8. Contribute to project deliverables while maintaining quality and meeting client expectations.

What We’re Looking For 

  1. RIBA Chartered Architect status.
  2. Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience within the UK architectural industry.
  3. Strong background in high-end private residential projects, ideally with Conservation focus.
  4. Technical competence and proven site experience.
  5. Experience leading teams and managing project finances.
  6. Proficiency in Revit BIM and AutoCAD software.
  7. Strong understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations.
