To support a newly awarded high-end Fit-Out Project, we are looking to recruit qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions:

Open Positions:
1) Senior Planning Engineer
10+ years of experience in fit-out & building projects
Proficient in Primavera P6, reporting, delay analysis

2) Senior MEP Coordinator
10+ Years of experience in Building & Fit-out Projects

3) Senior QA/QC Engineer / Fit-Out Engineer
10 to 12 years in interior fit-out execution
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and site coordination

4) AutoCAD Draftsman – Fit-Out
Proficient in 2D drafting for joinery & interior layouts
Minimum 5 years of experience in fit-out drawings

5) BIM Modeler – Architectural
Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM 360
Minimum 5 years of experience in fit-out drawings

6) Document Controller
Minimum 5 years in construction/facility documentation
Proficiency in MS Office, Aconex is a plus

7) Land Surveyor
Minimum 5 years in construction.

8) Sustainability Engineer / LEED Coordinator
Experience in green building practices and LEED documentation
LEED GA or LEED AP accreditation preferred
Familiar with sustainable material selection and compliance tracking

9) General Foreman
Minimum 8 Years of Experience in Building & Fit Out Projects

General Requirements:
Candidates must have prior experience in fit-out projects (GCC experience preferred)
Should be available to join immediately or on short notice
Strong communication and coordination skills
Local candidates in Bahrain with a valid visa or transferable sponsorship are preferred
For overseas applicants, relevant Gulf experience is a must

DAR is looking for an experienced Senior Resident Engineer (SRE) to lead and manage our site supervision team in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
Lead overall site supervision and project delivery in line with client and contract requirements.
Provide direction and technical guidance to Resident Engineers and site teams.
Ensure work is executed to quality, safety, schedule, and budget standards.
Review and approve project documentation, including variation orders and claims.
Act as primary liaison with clients, contractors, and authorities.
Produce comprehensive project reports and present progress to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural / Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
