Ayzal Heaven is a thoughtfully planned residential design project located at Moonnakkal in Malappuram district, Kerala, developed on a 10.75-cent plot with a total area of 4,682.27 square feet. The project is designed by Abdul Nazar KM under Archi Visual’s, for the clients Abdul Nazar KM and Ansila Shebi, and reflects a balanced approach to modern living while respecting local context and site conditions. The design was officially submitted on 07 February 2026, following plot registration completed on 23 December 2025 at the Kuttippuram Registrar’s Office, where ownership was transferred from the previous owner, Muneera, to the current owners. Situated within the jurisdiction of Edayur Panchayat, the project emphasizes efficient land utilization, functional planning, and future-ready residential development. The land was acquired at a rate of ₹195,000 per cent, amounting to a total land cost of ₹2,096,250 for 10.75 cents, with additional expenses including a commission fee of ₹21,000 and a registration fee of ₹32,200, bringing the total plot investment to ₹2,149,450. Ayzal Heaven is envisioned as a refined residential environment that integrates practical design solutions, clarity in spatial planning, and long-term value, marking an important milestone in the client’s personal and architectural journey.
The old recorded plot area was 10.86 cents; however, upon actual site measurement, the area was found to be 10.81 cents. After verification and reiteration for official and planning purposes, the final reiterated plot area has been confirmed as 10.75 cents.
