Architecture Detailing

The 17,656.77 square feet Triple Floor Neo-Classical Villa located in AmmanJordan** is a magnificent expression of timeless architecture blended with modern residential planning. Designed by Abdul Nazar KM under Archi Visuals, this prestigious villa was developed for Hasan Ankir on a generous 15,676.34 square feet plot. The project reflects classical European design principles through its grand symmetrical façade, majestic columns, decorative cornices, intricate moldings, and elegant balcony compositions, all carefully proportioned to create a commanding architectural presence. The double-height entrance enhances the villa’s luxurious character, while refined exterior detailing emphasizes strength, balance, and sophistication.

Spanning three full floors plus a roof level, each measuring approximately 5,737.05 square feet (with 445.62 square feet dedicated to the roof), the villa is meticulously planned to accommodate large-scale family living while maintaining privacy and functionality. The ground floor is designed as a welcoming and formal entertaining zone, featuring landscaped parking areas, outdoor sitting spaces, a dedicated barbecue area, two spacious family living areas, and two Majlis rooms with attached wash and toilet facilities. This level also includes two standard bedrooms, two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a centrally positioned staircase complemented by a lift for seamless vertical circulation. archi visuals

The first and second floors mirror each other in layout and efficiency, offering expansive family-oriented living arrangements. Each level includes four sitting areas, four family lounges, eight bedrooms, four master bedrooms with attached baths, four kitchens, eight common bathrooms, and two balconies that provide outdoor connection and natural light. This configuration makes the villa ideal for extended family living or multi-generational accommodation without compromising comfort. The roof level, accessible via dual staircases and lift access, opens to a spacious terrace designed for private gatherings and panoramic city views, enhancing the villa’s recreational value. archi visuals

Overall, this Neo-Classical villa stands as a symbol of grandeur, elegance, and architectural precision. With its balanced façade composition, luxurious spatial planning, and refined classical detailing, the residence successfully merges heritage-inspired aesthetics with contemporary lifestyle needs, creating a landmark residential project in Amman that embodies prestige, comfort, and timeless beauty.

This Neo-Classical villa in AmmanJordan** is a refined architectural composition that embodies grandeur, balance, and timeless European classicism while responding to contemporary residential needs. Designed by Abdul Nazar KM under Archi Visuals, the villa stands as a monumental three-storey structure articulated through strict symmetry, axial planning, and carefully proportioned classical elements. The façade is organized around a strong central vertical axis defined by projected pilasters and framed window bays, creating a commanding entrance focus. The use of light-toned stone cladding enhances the building’s stately character while reflecting natural daylight, giving the exterior a dignified and luminous presence. archi visuals

Architecturally, the elevation is composed with layered depth and classical hierarchy. The ground level is visually anchored by solid masonry masses and framed openings, establishing a strong base. Above, repetitive window alignments and recessed balcony projections create rhythm and proportion across the façade. Decorative cornices, dentil moldings, horizontal banding, and parapet detailing emphasize classical order and articulate each floor distinctly while maintaining cohesion. The central bay is accentuated with monumental pilasters and an elevated parapet crown, reinforcing vertical emphasis and symmetry. Side wings are slightly projected, balancing the composition and creating a palace-like frontage.

The boundary wall and ornate wrought-iron gates complement the architectural language, reinforcing security while maintaining transparency and elegance. Landscaping elements soften the stone geometry, introducing greenery that contrasts beautifully with the crisp façade. The spatial organization reflects a multi-generational residential concept, where vertical circulation through staircases and lift cores ensures efficient movement across all levels. Large window openings maximize daylight penetration while maintaining proportional harmony with classical design principles. Neo-Classical Villa Design in Jordan

Structurally, the villa integrates modern construction techniques within a classical aesthetic framework, ensuring durability and long-term performance. The massing is carefully controlled to prevent visual heaviness despite the building’s significant scale of over 17,000 square feet. The roofline is clean yet ornamented with parapet moldings, preserving the neoclassical identity without excessive embellishment. Neo-Classical Villa Design in Jordan. Overall, this villa represents a synthesis of monumental neoclassical architecture and contemporary luxury living. Its disciplined symmetry, rich façade articulation, elegant material palette, and thoughtfully planned interior distribution establish it as a landmark residential design in Amman—an architectural statement of prestige, refinement, and timeless sophistication. archi visuals
