OPTION 01:-
This single-story modern option 01 was submitted on 11/12/2024. Villa elevation showcases a modern duplex design characterized by its clean geometry, minimalist lines, and elegant material palette. The structure is composed primarily of light-toned concrete or stone masonry blocks, offering a sense of durability and timelessness. Vertical ribbed paneling frames the outer windows, adding a subtle texture and breaking the uniformity of the façade. Each unit features a centrally positioned wooden entrance door, accentuated by sleek vertical handles that introduce warmth to the cool-toned exterior.
The windows are symmetrically aligned, with black frames that provide a striking contrast against the light wall surfaces, enhancing the modern aesthetic. A shared central planter box with greenery softens the otherwise linear composition and introduces a natural element that enhances curb appeal. The foreground features a slightly elevated platform finished with polished stone, leading to the main entrances, suggesting a sense of elevation and privacy. The low boundary wall, made from the same material as the main structure, provides visual continuity while subtly marking the perimeter.
Overall, this design combines functionality with contemporary aesthetics, making it an ideal solution for urban residential developments that seek to balance privacy, symmetry, and visual elegance.
OPTION 02:-
This single-story new classic option 02 was submitted on 11/12/2024. Villa presents a neoclassical-inspired design with a modern interpretation, offering a refined and grand aesthetic suitable for luxury duplex residences. The structure is symmetrically composed, featuring bold vertical and horizontal lines created with stone-like cladding that adds both texture and elegance. Each entryway is framed by prominent classical columns and entablatures, lending a sense of grandeur and formality. The use of pilasters, cornices, and detailed crown moldings further emphasizes the classical influence, while the modern finishes and minimal color palette maintain a contemporary edge.
The windows are large and symmetrically placed, with black frames that contrast tastefully against the pale exterior walls. Warm lighting beneath the canopies highlights the architectural detailing, creating depth and a welcoming ambiance in the evening hours. A central planter with greenery offers a soft natural touch to balance the formality of the structure. The slightly elevated platform and low perimeter wall enhance the sense of separation from the street while preserving visual openness. This design seamlessly blends traditional elegance with contemporary functionality, creating a timeless and upscale street presence.
OPTION 03:-
The use of ashlar stone cladding throughout the exterior reinforces the solid and stately feel of the building. Above, dentil moldings and bold cornices crown the elevation, emphasizing the building’s classical lineage and drawing the eye upward. The central planter introduces a splash of greenery, softening the stone-heavy visual and bringing a fresh contrast to the formal structure. The marble-finished platform and low boundary wall unify the foreground with the main architecture, creating a polished transition from the public walkway to the private entrance.
This design is ideal for those who value architectural heritage and wish to evoke a sense of prestige, permanence, and cultural richness in a modern residential setting.
OPTION 04:-
OPTION 05:-
This single-story classic option 05 was submitted on 07/04/2025. Architectural design embodies a luxurious and classical style, blending traditional elements with modern elegance. The building features grand arched entrances framed by fluted Corinthian columns that support intricate entablatures and cornices. The façade is clad in light-hued stone with a textured block finish, providing both a sense of permanence and refinement. Prominent arch windows with decorative keystones and elegant muntin patterns add visual interest and rhythm to the composition.
Above each arch, a mix of ornamental cornicing and subtle lighting enhances depth and dimension, giving the structure a regal appearance, especially as evening sets in. The main entrance is emphasized by a deep portico crowned with a chandelier, suggesting sophistication and warmth. Lush landscaping and planters integrated into the elevation soften the strong geometry, creating a harmonious balance between structure and nature. This design is a striking example of neoclassical influence tailored for upscale residential living, radiating both stateliness and comfort.
