Architecture Detailing

Archi visuals:- This Islamic Architecture Villa Design is a meticulously planned double-floor residence, covering a built-up area of 6,394.50 square feet on a generous 12,532.31 square foot plot. Located in Madinat Al Riyad, Abu Dhabi, the villa showcases the elegance and cultural richness of traditional Islamic architecture, characterized by ornate detailing, symmetrical geometry, and serene courtyards. The project was developed by Reflection Architecture and led by designer Abdul Nazar KM, with Walid Al Adawi as the esteemed client. The design phase was initiated on October 10, 2021, and the villa reached its finishing milestone on June 13, 2025.

This architectural design showcases a strikingly elegant two-story villa that blends modern opulence with traditional Islamic design elements. The most prominent features are the grand arched windows and entrance frames, inspired by traditional Islamic architecture, which add vertical emphasis and a sense of cultural richness to the façade. These arches are symmetrically arranged and intricately framed with recessed lighting and gold-toned border accents that enhance their depth and nighttime visual appeal.

The exterior is primarily rendered in a soft white texture, providing a clean and luxurious backdrop that contrasts beautifully with the darker window frames and natural greenery around the house. Vertical pilasters with classical molding details run along the edges of the façade, reinforcing a stately and monumental presence.

The central entrance is recessed and flanked by twin balconies supported by slender columns and adorned with balustrades, giving a regal and welcoming look. Above the main door is a beautifully patterned metal grille, likely functioning as both a decorative element and a security feature. The inclusion of a large chandelier visible through the glass above the doorway adds to the grandeur and elegance of the entrance space.

The landscape surrounding the structure is subtly designed with low shrubs and ornamental plants, while the use of uplights on the columns and under the balconies enhances the building’s depth and architectural detailing during evening hours. The sloped paving in the foreground and the fallen leaves indicate a natural, seasonal setting, grounding the house in a realistic, livable context.

This front elevation is a prime example of how traditional motifs can be reinterpreted with a modern sensibility, resulting in a luxurious and culturally resonant residential design.
