Materials Details
- Wall: White acrylic paint.
- Parapet Wall: Parapet glass railing with aluminum frame.
- Windows: Glass window with aluminum frame and gray paint finish.
- Doors: The Doors area uses three types of wood, cast aluminum, and aluminum. Wood materials are used in the main interior areas for the entrance, living hall, family sitting, dining, and bedrooms. Cast aluminum doors are suitable for sunlight-touch regions and coastal areas with high humidity and salt exposure. Aluminum doors are used in the bathroom, kitchen, maid room, driver room, and other service areas.
- Roof: Solar reflective roof coating paint, Summer Cool roof, and Heat Resistance Paint.
- Interior Flooring: Interior floors use different types of materials, such as granite, marble, tile, and washable emulsion paint.
- Exterior Flooring: Antique brown natural stone outdoor flooring.

The building showcases a bold interplay of textures and materials, prominently featuring horizontal ribbed concrete textures, smooth white walls, and dark vertical louvers that contribute to a contemporary and visually dynamic facade.
Warm golden horizontal accents break the linearity of the design, adding a touch of elegance and contrast against the cooler tones of grey and white. Floor-to-ceiling windows are strategically placed to maximize light intake and openness while maintaining privacy through integrated vertical slat shading devices. These louvers also add a rhythmic verticality, enhancing the building's modern character.
A signature design element is the rooftop terrace, enclosed with sleek glass railings, offering expansive views and enhancing the luxurious appeal of the structure. The prominent central entry feature, framed in a wood-toned vertical niche, draws the eye and provides a grand welcome.
Enclosed within a stylish boundary wall, the fence echoes the architectural language of the building with vertical slats and concrete pillars, ensuring security without compromising the overall aesthetic. A neatly landscaped strip with greenery adds a soft edge to the hardscape and complements the building's sharp lines and geometric form.
Overall, the structure balances minimalism with richness in material detailing—ideal for a high-profile villa, boutique office, or executive residence.
