The proliferation of villas on Abu Dhabi outskirts reflects more than a desire to escape the city's clamor and density.
These homes embody a spirited pursuit of leisure and conviviality. The dynamic interplay of indoor and outdoor spaces, coupled with a playful exploration of different design eras, creates an atmosphere of intrigue and vitality. Comprises four boutique villas nestled among the lush forests just beyond the crashing waves. These villas offer a truly immersive experience, where the harmony of nature meets modern luxury. Each villa is carefully designed with two interconnected volumes. Archi Visuals project stands out as a house designed for the future, incorporating past experiences into a contemporary aesthetic that caters to the homeowners' aesthetic preferences and requirements. The focus was on creating spacious areas with high ceilings, achieved by designing a partially single-story structure.
The house rises as an introspective volume, a contemporary fortress where the facades, almost entirely closed off from the outside, appears sober and restrained. Small openings, meticulously arranged, break the continuity of the walls, allowing controlled natural light to enter and creating a play of light and shadow that turns into a subtle spectacular.
RIGHT CORNER ELEVATION DESIGN:-
Archi visuals :- Discovering a sober house that poses a blind water from the exterior, hiding from the street the richness that dwells inside. A continuous space full of light that merges the indoor and outdoor social areas. Made up by a palette of materials that emanates tranquility. This project focuses on the facades, a key element that not only defines the building's aesthetic but also plays a crucial role in regulating sunlight and indoor temperature. Its innovative design acts as a filter, allowing natural light to enter while protecting the interior space from direct sunlight.
The exterior design of the villa is a stunning combination of modernity and natural elegance. Constructed primarily of grey and glass, the villa features clean lines, sharp edges, and a minimalist aesthetic accentuated by the subtle interplay of light and shadow. UAE has been considered by building mansions and villas due to its special climate and topographical features. Overcrowding and the tendency of people to stay away from urban spaces have led to construction in relaxing mountainous areas. Archi Visuals villa has responded to the needs of today's humans with a modern adaptation of the local roofs and its change, creating a great opening in the mountainous landscape building as well as the windows across the city, creating a sense of freedom and removing the boundary between the outside and within the site. The creation of a two-way sloping roof space responsive to UAE space and climate, and the creation of a terrace in a negative space that affects the form, all emphasize on creating a villa space and moving away from the apartment lifestyle. The shape of the space is such that the roof of the first floor becomes a shared space and based on the need during the week experience a different life. Family relationships work first on the design in such a way that the parents of the large present space with easy access according to the family plural and less surrounded by neighbors and. The last floor is a space for the social interaction of the young stratum where the bedrooms are between two floors like a boundary between two generations.
