 Archi visuals:- The single-floor house project, covering an area of 2,540.28 square feet, is a modern residential design located in Amman, Jordan. Designed by Abdul Nazar KM and managed under the creative direction of Archivisuals, the home is commissioned by a client named Hassan. Set on a spacious plot measuring 6,006.26 square feet, the design reflects a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics suited to its Middle Eastern context. The project was officially submitted on July 7, 2021, and is scheduled for completion by June 9, 2025. With its thoughtful planning and execution, the residence is poised to offer both comfort and elegance in a single-story layout.

Villa design option 01 - The architectural design of this single-floor residence in Amman, Jordan, showcases a refined classical aesthetic rooted in symmetry, proportion, and ornamentation. The grand entrance portico, framed by fluted Corinthian columns and crowned with an arched canopy, serves as the focal point of the façade, evoking a timeless elegance. The use of light-toned stone cladding across the exterior enhances the villa’s stately presence, while subtle cornice moldings and decorative brackets lend depth and texture to the structure. The arched transom window above the richly detailed main door adds a touch of traditional charm, harmonizing beautifully with the symmetrical window placements on either side. Framed with elegant trim and recessed slightly, these windows promote natural light while maintaining the visual rhythm of the elevation. Balustrades and landscaped elements soften the monumental feel, creating a balanced interplay between formality and residential warmth.

Villa design option 02 - This architectural design showcases a refined blend of contemporary form and traditional Islamic aesthetics. The symmetrical façade is anchored by a bold central entrance, framed with an intricately patterned arch that draws inspiration from Moorish and Mughal design elements. The clean white exterior is accented with a rhythmic repetition of arched niches and windows, each subtly decorated with geometric mashrabiya-style panels. The building’s minimal ornamentation and sharp edges maintain a modern character, while the pointed arches and latticework evoke a timeless cultural identity. The result is a harmonious balance of tradition and modernity, offering both elegance and visual grandeur.
