Architecture Detailing

Archi visuals:-  This modern minimalist house design, located in the heart of Amman, Jordan, represents a harmonious blend of contemporary architecture and refined elegance. Encompassing a generous built-up area of 9,294.63 square feet and situated on a 10,806.97 square foot plot, the residence offers both grandeur and functionality across two meticulously planned floors. Designed by Abdul Nazar KM and brought to life by the renowned architectural studio Archivisuals for the client Hassan, the home captures the essence of modern minimalism with its clean lines, cubic volumes, and a seamless fusion of indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The exterior façade is defined by a sophisticated contrast of white stone cladding and dark-toned panels, accentuated by floor-to-ceiling glass windows that flood the interior with natural light. Spacious terraces and cantilevered balconies enhance the architectural rhythm while providing relaxing outdoor areas with scenic views. The landscaping is minimalist yet lush, featuring manicured greenery, palm trees, and strategically placed planters that soften the building’s linear geometry.

Internally, the layout is designed to promote openness and fluidity, with clearly defined zones for living, dining, and private quarters. Every detail—from material selection to spatial orientation—has been thoughtfully curated to reflect modern living ideals, emphasizing simplicity, functionality, and a deep connection with the surrounding environment.

Submitted on May 27, 2025, and scheduled for completion by June 1, 2025, this project stands as a testament to visionary design and architectural excellence, setting a new standard for luxury minimalist homes in Jordan.

Architecturally, this modern minimalist residence is a compelling expression of contemporary design refined through simplicity, proportion, and material clarity. The building’s massing is composed of interlocking cubic volumes that create a dynamic yet cohesive architectural form. The façade is articulated through a rhythmic play of solid and void, where recessed terraces, framed balconies, and vertical planes provide depth and shadow, enriching the minimalist composition. Expansive glazing wraps the structure, not only blurring the boundary between inside and out but also framing specific views and enhancing the user’s connection to the surrounding landscape. This openness is counterbalanced by strategically placed opaque surfaces, offering privacy where needed without compromising aesthetic unity.

The layout follows a clear spatial hierarchy, with public zones such as the living, dining, and guest areas occupying the ground floor, while private bedrooms and lounge areas are located on the upper level. Circulation paths are intuitive and fluid, promoting effortless movement throughout the home. Natural light plays a central role in the architectural experience, with carefully oriented windows and skylights illuminating interior spaces throughout the day.

Material selection further amplifies the minimalist vision—smooth white stone, matte dark panels, and subtle metallic accents are combined in a restrained yet luxurious palette. The building envelope is designed to respond to the regional climate of Amman, incorporating thermal mass, deep overhangs, and shaded balconies that reduce solar gain while enhancing comfort and energy performance.

This house stands not only as a residence but also as an architectural statement—one that exemplifies clarity, elegance, and thoughtful engagement with its urban and environmental context. It is a modern interpretation of luxury that emphasizes the quality of space over ornamentation, embodying both timelessness and innovation.
