Materials Details

  • Wall: The exterior walls of this modern architectural design are crafted using a combination of high-quality materials to ensure durability, aesthetics, and functionality. The primary wall finish consists of smooth stucco or high-grade plaster, providing a sleek and seamless appearance. To enhance structural strength and visual contrast, certain sections incorporate Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) or precast concrete panels, adding texture and depth. Additionally, metal or aluminum cladding is used for accent lines, emphasizing the building’s contemporary design. Vertical metal louvers not only serve as decorative elements but also provide shading and ventilation. The entire facade is coated with weather-resistant, matte, or semi-gloss exterior paint, ensuring long-term protection against environmental conditions while maintaining a sophisticated and elegant look.
  • Parapet Wall: The parapet of this modern architectural design is crafted with both aesthetics and functionality in mind. Constructed from reinforced concrete or Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC), it provides structural stability and durability. The parapet features a smooth stucco or plaster finish, seamlessly blending with the overall facade. To enhance the modern appeal, it may incorporate metal or aluminum coping, which not only adds a sleek touch but also protects against weathering. Additionally, integrated drainage solutions, such as concealed scuppers or weep holes, ensure efficient water runoff, preventing accumulation and potential damage. This well-designed parapet contributes to the clean, geometric lines of the building while offering protection and longevity.
  • Windows: Glass window with aluminum frame and wooden paint finish, Classic curve design shape.
  • Doors: The Doors area uses three types of wood, cast aluminum, and aluminum. Wood materials are used in the main interior areas for the entrance, living hall, family sitting, dining, and bedrooms. Cast aluminum doors are suitable for sunlight-touch regions and coastal areas with high humidity and salt exposure. Aluminum doors are used in the bathroom, kitchen, maid room, driver room, and other service areas.
  • Roof: Solar reflective roof coating paint, Summer Cool roof, and Heat Resistance Paint.
  • Interior Flooring: Interior floors use different types of materials, such as granite, marble, tile, and washable emulsion paint.
  • Exterior Flooring: Antique brown natural stone outdoor flooring.

Architecture Detailing

Archi visuals: The 6,750.54-square-foot, Double-Floor Minimalist Exterior Home Design in Abu Dhabi is a masterful fusion of modern architectural design and luxurious interiors. Sleek lines, high-quality materials, and good landscaping harmonize to create a striking and sophisticated residence.

This modern architectural design has a symmetrical facade and a clean, minimalist aesthetic. The structure features tall, floor-to-ceiling glass windows framed by sleek vertical elements, emphasizing natural light and openness. The exterior is predominantly white or light gray, with subtle black or dark-colored accents, adding contrast and sophistication.

The building’s entrance is elevated with a few steps leading to a grand doorway, creating a welcoming and luxurious feel. Vertical slats and lighting fixtures enhance the building’s modern character while maintaining functionality.

The surrounding landscape is well-maintained with lush greenery, including a neatly trimmed lawn, small shrubs, and palm trees. The background features an overcast sky, which highlights the structure's clean lines and reflective glass surfaces.
